How to Request
- To request a return or exchange, please fill out the Return & Exchange form below.
- Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you to arrange pickup through Bosta.

Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
- In this case, return shipping is covered by Sofia.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of use may not be accepted.

Shipping & Fees
- For returns/exchanges without defect:
→ Customer covers shipping fees (via Bosta).
- For defective or incorrect items:
→ Sofia covers shipping costs.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected
- The amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–14 business days
